Gold Leaf | Individual Loan Officers
LendingTree’s Gold Leaf Certification serves as the LendingTree Network standard for demonstrating sales and customer service excellence.
To achieve Gold Leaf Certification requires:
Successful completion of FAST-TRACK Sales (4-hours)
Successful completion of additional on-demand learning (2-hours)
Passing score of 70% or more on the certification exam
Upon completion of the above, loan officers must apply to receive their certificate using the below link. Applications are typically reviewed within two (2) business days.

President’s Club | Individual Loan Officers
After achieving Gold Leaf Certification, loan officers can join the President’s Club by completing advanced on-demand learning.

Lender Certification | Network Lenders & Teams
The pinnacle of sales and sales management eminence, Lender Certification truly sets top organizations and teams apart from the rest of the industry.
To achieve Lender Certification requires either:
50% of all loan officers must achieve and maintain Gold Leaf or President’s Club Certification; or
80% of dedicated LendingTree lead loan officers must achieve and maintain Gold Leaf or President’s Club Certification.
Plus:
80% of sales management must complete PEAK Leadership (4-hours); and
The organization must maintain at least a 3.5 star rating on lendingtree.com’s Ratings & Reviews page.
